Personalized products with text:
Products with a personal text must be ordered by mail so that we can give you a suitable quotation. Explain as clearly as possible in the mail what you have in mind, on the basis of this you will receive an example by mail. After approval and payment, your order will be processed and sent within 1-3 working days. We use the most common fonts, please indicate your preference in the mail.
Products with (Company) Logo:
After ordering you have to upload the logos yourself, these have to be delivered as vector files (see the list at the bottom of the page which file formats are supported). If you do not have a vector file, you can choose to convert the logo too late into a vector file or you send a ‘JPG’file. The result will then become less tight.
Products with Photos:
If you order a product with a photo engraving, the photo must be delivered in the highest possible quality (preferably 300dpi), the quality of the photo determines the quality of the end product! There should also be a clear contrast in the photo as the laser works with shades of grey and not with colours. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, you can always e-mail it to have it checked.
Vector files should be delivered in one of the following formats:

.EPS
.PDF
.DXF
.SVG
Photos must be supplied in one of the following formats:
.JPG
.PNG
.BMP
.TIFF
Text files must be delivered in one of the following formats:
.DOC
.DOX
.TXT
.PDF
Files can be up to 8mb in size. Is your file larger than 8mb? Or do you want to send multiple files? No problem! Use wetranfser to upload your files (maximum 2gb) and then send it to info@signmysign.nl
